After not receiving response from a lot of estate agencies when i applied through Ocean Estate Agents i immediately get a respond and they offer me different accommodation to view and was happy with the professionalism they have.i would like to really Appreciate Lilly Butler for your professionalism..i would recommend everyone to use Ocean Estate Agents

GoogleMoney grabbers that couldn't care less. Avoid letting through them like the plague. Get ready for enforced tenants liability insurance, sky high agency fees (listed without vat, just for extra little sting), down right abrasive interactions and a team that would rather bully you into a difficult situation than do a 5 min job. Hands down worst letting agency I've had to deal with.
We take our responsibility to both landlords and tenants extremely seriously, and strive to provide the best possibly levels of service. Our Lettings Director has reviewed your comments and would like to respond in full on this occasion. “sky high agency fees (listed without vat, just for extra little sting)” - All fees are displayed in our office windows, on our website and on the application form you signed. All fees are displayed including VAT. We are very proud that we have never engaged in charging additional fees for extending a tenancy, providing references, or any other ancillary activities. Tenant fees will be banned on June 1st 2019, Ocean fully support the tenant fee ban, it will create a fairer playing field for all. “Money grabbers that couldn't care less” - We have already scrapped all fees to students on Tenancies starting after June 1st 2019, unlike the vast majority of other agents we do not feel it is fair to charge them on the technicality that they signed before June 1st. “Get ready for enforced tenants liability insurance, sky high agency fees (listed without vat, just for extra little sting)” - The application form also makes a number of other very clear points about the procedure for you, such as the payment date and the tenant liability Insurance (TLI), these were highlighted and discussed with you in full. We request the rent by standing order 3 days prior to the day you agree to move in, to ensure the rent is in the account the day it is due - banks can take up to 3 days to process standing orders. This process safeguards against you receiving a detrimental reference in the future, as without taking this consideration your rent may be receipted late to the owner. The tenant liability insurance provides you with a great deal of protection and ensures you are adequately protected when living in somebody else’s property. You have the opportunity to take out additional contents if you should wish to. We think it’s important to ensure that as a tenant any contents policy has this TLI cover to ensure you have appropriate cover. “down right abrasive interactions and a team that would rather bully you into a difficult situation” - Clearly, we believe this part of your complaint is very unfair. We have a transcript of all communications, to suggest we are rude and abrasive having reviewed these is unjust to the employee you were dealing with. We can find absolutely no evidence of anything other than polite and professional communication. We would of course be more than happy to publish these with your express consent. We are more than willing to discuss your comments with you further should you wish. Ocean is a local, independent, customer focused company of 35 years, if we haven’t understood your comments or there is further misunderstanding we would be happy to discuss them directly. The Estate Agents and the Conveyancing Team at Ocean were very helpful. The arranging of visits to the property for sale extremely good. Communication also excellent. The Conveyancing Team were also extremely efficient and again Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Another bonus was having the Estate Agent and the Conveyancing in the same building.
