Josh Smith is brilliant at ensuring we are kept up to date about our property and nothing is too much for him. Since Josh has become our Property Manager any questions asked are answered quickly, efficiently. Every company could do with a Josh Smith!

We had Joshua as our agent and he was very helpful at all times. He would reply to any inquiries we sent as well as helping us through the process. Overall it was a very stress free and efficient process. We viewed the house on a Friday and by the following Monday received confirmation it was ours! The staff were a pleasure to deal with. From those in the estate agency and the solicitors office. Our moving day didn’t go as planned due to the World Wide Web internet problems and phones being down in the local office, but the staff worked hard and we were eventually, and thankfully given the keys very late in the afternoon.

Tenants in particular have access to 24/7 care for managed properties. Furthermore, they are encouraged to pop into their local branch to meet relevant staff. As an independent service provider and local employer of 40 years, we continually strive to provide the best possible service for all.Thank you for your comments, however; we are at a loss as to why you would provide a negative review after your four-year tenancy. As with all negative comments, a Director investigates matters. Our Property Management team have confirmed we have no record of any outstanding property issues, indeed your property manager is not aware of any disruptions for the whole of your tenancy. We see no reason for your comments, they are contrary to the many hundreds of positive reviews from both tenants and landlords.Please feel free to get in touch directly if there are any specific matters you wish to discuss.Kind Regards, Ocean

Things moved fast and I really appreciate their nudges to get paperwork done with our busy schedules, we never had to chase them for anything.
