GoogleBeen using Northwood for what seems to be like an eternity, the reason being the great customer service along with regular updates and communication and for the hassle free rental income for my family makes Northwood and its staff fantastic, especially since I'm not even local to the area, keep up the good work guys and thank you from me and my family

GoogleThey advertise properties far in advance when you can't even book an appointment for viewing. They don't even know when will the property be available to view. They take your details (as many times as you call them because they can never find you in the system) and never call back. If you need something urgent, you better contact some other companies.

GoogleUnfortunately a terrible experience with Northwood. Hard to get hold of with empty promises of a call back and was not kept up to date on the status of a house we had signed for. After we had signed and paid agency fees for a property, over a month later whilst waiting for a move in date, we were told the landlord no longer would accept a pet which had been agreed previously - hence going ahead in the first place. In my opinion this was an excuse for something else, whatever it was, we should have been informed much earlier before paying out any money, and completing hours of paperwork.

GoogleI’ve just received my latest inspection report after 4 years of letting my property through Northwood. Throughout the inspections have been regular and shown me how my house is. There’s a couple of things need doing this time which shows me how thorough they are.
