GoogleAvoid ! Scammers ! Awful customer service. They take money out of your deposit without your approval . I logged a complain against them , will get a refund but had to get the solicitors involved. Full time scammers!!!!! Avoid!

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed following your check out, that you attended. The dilapidations were agreed by you at the checkout and then reconfirmed to you by email. Your deposit has been registered with the TDS and the details of this have been sent to you via email should you wish to raise a dispute.

GoogleIn 2015 one of the agents came to inspect the smoke alarm in the property I’m renting. She poked the thing a couple of times with a stick and said it was fine. Yesterday I was made aware that that same smoke alarm was due to be replaced by 2012. And that’s only the tip of the iceberg as I could go on and on will all the other nonsense they’ve put me through.

GoogleExcellent service from the start to finish of the letting process. The team are all very responsive and ensure that you, as the property owner, are kept fully up to date with any issues. Can't recommend them highly enough!
