GoogleHad a viewing arranged for it to be cancelled with only a couple of hours notice. Instead of picking up the phone to tell me they have instead decided they would email me. They were fully aware that I was coming from work and have not been able to check my emails so I was stood outside the property for half an hour waiting.
Dear Jack - We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service. I have spoken to our Ruislip Lettings office and they have informed me that they did try to call you but there was no option to leave a message. Therefore they emailed you at 2pm to notify you that the viewing, which had been booked for 6pm, had been cancelled.
