GoogleI was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone in this agency, but Katie was amazing. It was a pleasure doing viewings with her, and I felt that she really understood the needs of my family. She gave us great advice and we felt cared for and supported. On moving day my 3 year old twins kept saying they were moving to Katie's house 😂

GoogleReally helpful and understanding of our situation. Breydon and Danielle made sure we were always informed of any upcoming steps that needed to be done, and talked us through it so we understood every small detail. We also went into the agency almost everyday to ask more questions; they always had smiles and answers even if it was 7mins before their closing time! Great customer service and genuinely caring staff :)

GoogleSarah & her team have found some great tenants for me. All the staff are friendly & professional too - vital with all the paperwork & requirements that letting requires these days! The back office system could be improved as it gave me a different point of contact with every prospective tenant - so there was no overview of the energy supplier change & multiple check-in inventory charges due to postponed & aborted tenant check-ins. And it didn't recognise a foreign tenant's substantial deposit as it was £6 short - leading to avoidable issues at check-in. However, a new tenancy with a good (foreign) tenant was successfully done even with a Covid lockdown & isolation and a merger of the letting agent 🙂
