I started my journey with Jack at Ocean, who was polite, friendly and professional at all times. Then Paul the Manager took over and he kept me informed of any updates and was always happy to go through anything I wasn’t sure of. Very polite and professional too.

Moving house is a stressful experience...the team at Oceans helped to reduce our stress levels with their professionalism, knowledge and consideration.Having had some negative experiences in the past with estate agents, it was refreshing to have a positive one at last.If I was ever mad enough to go through this again...you'll find me knocking on Ocean's door

Mis-sold my flat. They told me my lease length was a lot longer than it was in my lease contract. Quite a lot of other information was incorrectly presented by the estate agent too. Will be wary of them in the future.

Ocean lettings have been excellent at managing my property for around 11 years now. They assist with all aspects as needed, which is super helpful when living in another city to the property. Ocean have also assisted with related issues, like mortgages and sales when needed. Mirela Fedor manages my property and is very efficient at dealing with issues and responding to queries so that things get resolved.
