The staff have been amazing! Right from the start. I was selling my family home that I inherited also Greiving at the same time and going through probate! To say the least my head was not thinking straight. Tanya in the office helped me every step of the way going above and beyond and taking the stress away from the selling process and helping me with questions that needed to be answered through the process. I cant thank her enough for that. I would definitely recommend oceans in Shirehampton and would definitely use them again

Previously wrote a 5 star great review for the Ocean team. However, after moving into the place (1.5 months later) we have been utterly disappointed. Many issues with the house were not fixed and followed up in a timely manner. Serious issues raised since day 3 are still pending in solution. Be warned! Please view properties super carefully to avoid unpleasant experiences like ours.

We have obtained quotes for the necessary work and forwarded them to the landlord. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to expedite a response, we are still waiting to receive their approval.
