It is both very surprising and disappointing to receive negative feedback at any time for this or any Ocean office. The Shirehampton team are consistently recognised for providing only the highest quality service, as can be seen by the many positive reviews both via Google & Trust Pilot. However, it is particularly surprising in this instance as Ocean have not had dealings with yourself for approximately 15 months. We were instructed to sell property for you, but after a period of time you elected to let them. If this is belated feedback pertaining to that matter we who of course be very happy to discuss it with you.
