Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied due to the lack of verbal communication during your purchase. Upon reviewing our records, we noted numerous email correspondences between you and our team throughout the transaction, along with your regularly updated personal case portal available for 24/7 review. However, we understand that you may not have always been able to speak with the conveyancer over the phone. Due to the high volume of calls we receive daily, we cannot always guarantee immediate access to the person handling your matter unless a specific time is arranged. Nevertheless, our team is always available to take calls and assist where possible.We did however exchange contracts within 10 weeks from receiving the contract pack, well within the average time to exchange contracts in the UK 2024. This time frame included some delays caused by issues with a third-party management company, which were beyond our control.We would be happy to discuss any specifics regarding your experience further. Googlebeing new to the Bristol market, it was hard to determine which agent to use so a range were contacted. Ocean were by far the best agents and were very helpful in all respects. The agents were well informed and could answer a range of questions when conducting the viewings. Often I have found that some questions to agents require a follow up email when it should be a simple answer but this was not the case with Ocean, all their agents were knowledgeable and very helpful. GoogleWe have been really impressed with the professional service received from Ocean. In particular, we found their knowledge of our property went a long way, and the photos used were of a high standard. Jason and Ella have provided helpful guidance and have been extremely responsive. Ella would be kind enough to let us know as soon as the viewing had finished and would keep us updated very regularly; it’s these small touches that make a big difference. Our property went on the market in a really uncertain time but we were very pleased to accept an offer today, within just a couple of weeks of putting it on the market.

Worst experience ever. After doing all the stuff done for moving they said due to reference landlord refuse to give you the house. At the end they deduct our £300 holding deposit. Very disappointing.
