Ocean gave us free advice which helped us get our mortgage sorted. Then our solicitor - also through Ocean - helped us through the process of buying our first house and kept us informed about everything that was happening. GoogleDidn't feel looked after as a tenant. One of the properties we rented had an issue with a blocked toilet that we tried very hard to resolve before contacting the estate agent, who was managing the property. We were advised that they would send someone round to take a look at the issue but very clearly stated upfront that if it was our fault, that we would pay for it, which really added quite a lot of stress and made the situation seem like it was all about the money rather than our quality of life. When it transpired that it wasn't our fault but rather a structural issue, they proceeded to unblock the toilet but then never bothered to sort out the underlying problem, which I believe would probably have required scaffolding and I expect deemed too expensive. The bathroom also got very mouldy over winter and the advice that we got given was to have the heating on full blast and all the windows open to ventilate... These problems were quite upsetting and we left the flat as soon as we could. I feel sorry for whomever has been living there since. Sorry, Ocean. You certainly did not float my boat.

GoogleAs those who have done it know, the process of searching for, arranging viewings and eventually purchasing a property can be a bit of a stressful affair. From start to finish, Ocean Estate Agents (Bishopston branch) have been nothing but exemplary - with special mention to the agent I have been dealing with, Nick. His insight, friendliness and understanding have proved incredibly valuable and I look forward to completing a purchase through him! Having dealt with many different estate agencies in both the Bristol and London areas, I can certainly recommend Ocean Bishopston highly.

GoogleI have just purchased my first flat through Ocean and it was a long journey getting to this point, the first flat I went to buy fell through after 5 months this was due to the sellers and no fault of Ocean who handled the situation very well, they recommended another property which I loved and then were extremely efficient in getting process completed. Particular mentions need to go to Jordan Gingell, Kristie Melino, Kenny Naish , Laura Pamplin and Lauren Maund who are all fantastic at their jobs . Thank you Ocean you have been fantastic !!

GoogleAmazing, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout. I have used many lettings agencies in Bristol, all with their frustrations and issues. However Ocean were a breathe of fresh air. Not only were they helpful, polite and kept in touch every single step of the way. They also went above and beyond what was needed. They took the stress away from moving and gave us re-assurance and trust that we could leave things to them without having to chase information. Can't recommend enough!

GoogleGood service, advertised a property and got it let within a couple of days. The end result was one tenant out, one tenant in the following day. The check in was also carried out by the agency. All I had to do was to accept the tenant.

Mis-sold my flat. They told me my lease length was a lot longer than it was in my lease contract. Quite a lot of other information was incorrectly presented by the estate agent too. Will be wary of them in the future.

Ocean lettings have been excellent at managing my property for around 11 years now. They assist with all aspects as needed, which is super helpful when living in another city to the property. Ocean have also assisted with related issues, like mortgages and sales when needed. Mirela Fedor manages my property and is very efficient at dealing with issues and responding to queries so that things get resolved.

GoogleWe are landlords of 2 properties that we have rented out through ocean bishopston. They have always managed to find suitable tenants in a timely manner, and all the paperwork has been completed efficiently and professionally. The staff are always polite and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. A few years back whilst working abroad, they also rented and managed our own property for a couple of years and whenever the tenant had issues they were brought to our attention and resolved in good time - I certainly would recommend ocean very highly.
