GoogleSimilar to other comments left, I have rarely experienced worse service or less intelligent employees. When I was asked to come in to sign the relevant paperwork to begin a tendency, I got and eye roll and a 'tut' every time I had a question about what I was being expected to sign.
The charge to replace a tenant is almost comically high.
The third party right to rent check is complete by an almost entirely incompetent team (and mine was simple!). My house mate is self employed, and asked his grantor to get a grantor.
And finally, every time I had a question, the reply I would get was essentially, 'just do what we say'.
If you have any other option, definitely take it over this branch and preserve a regular blood pressure.

We are Bristol's largest independent estate agent of 35 years, a position we take very seriously as a service provider and local employer, knowingly providing poor service is quite simply not what we do.
Replacing a tenant on an existing contract requires a stringent process, this is to protect both leaving tenant/s, ensuring the appropriate return of their deposit, and the Landlord. The 'Right to rent' policy & procedure is statutory.

The whole experience with Ocean was fantastic from start to finish.In fact, the process started 4 years ago when I needed a valuation for divorce purposes. I had a chat with Stefano and explained my situation. He was really helpful and arranged for Lawrence to visit. (Ocean were the only agent that wanted to visit as I had explained that I had no plans to sell imminently). Lawrence came round and provided a written valuation straight away, of which I was very grateful.When circumstances prompted the need to sell last summer, I called upon Stefano and Lawrence again, who gave me an honest appraisal and some good advice on preparing the property to go to market.Ash took some amazing photos, and Lawrence marketed the property at exactly the right price, meaning I had 10 viewings lined up in one day. Joseph carried out the viewings, introduced himself first and obtained 4 offers, giving me the option to chose the best buyer.Lisa progressed the sale and kept me informed at all times, chasing where necessary (particularly as the solicitors at the top of the chain were somewhat slow).I also instructed Ocean Property Lawyers, Livia in particular was excellent - so helpful and friendly, dealing mainly via email which suited me perfectly.I cannot recommend Ocean highly enough (and have already done so, several times).
