We used Ocean Estate agents to sell our home and buy a new one. All staff we dealt with were fantastic, very friendly & completely professional from start to finish. They guided us through the process and tried to make it as stress free as possible. We had a particularly difficult process with buying our new home, caused by the seller, but Ocean were very supportive and kept us informed at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend to friends and family.

Such a positive experience all round with Ocean. We purchased our house through them 10 years ago, and found them professional, helpful and honest throughout. We came back to them to sell, and the same was true as a vendor. The whole team was highly professional, friendly and well informed about our property, the potential buyers and everything to do with the sale, so we were well supported through the entire process - especially when things got a bit tricky for other reasons.

GoogleIm currently a tenant and feel let down by ocean. They are very slow to respond to queries and often dont reply to emails. We have been left with a broken shower for over a year and have been waiting almost a month for our washing machine to be fixed. Our house has consistently had damp which they knew about before we have moved in yet only ever seem to paint over the problem rather than fix it. Looking forward to moving out and not having to deal with agents in the future.

Please accept our apologies on behalf of the Landlord for not committing to the repair of the faults sooner. Whilst we made all formal notifications of the faults possible, it is clear no action was taken and that the landlord was happy for the leaks to remain un-repaired. We were certainly disappointed that the Landlord agreed to replace the washing machine once you had confirmed that you were leaving the property. It was very unfortunate that we could not achieve a more favourable response from the landlord and influence this matter positively on this occasion. However, on further investigation is it clear our Property Management team were slow in responding to you personally. Our records show repeated efforts to contact the Landlord and affect repairs, this was not communicated to yourself sufficiently. We should have done better and apologise unreservedly. Ocean lettings & management.

Being reassured by the staff of the stage’s selling your property goes through. Having visibility to the’dashboard’ on line so you can check the progress of the selling process. The document you are given to fill in at the beginning of the process can be a bit daunting but checking it through with a member of staff is very helpful. You are contacted quickly whenever a question comes up for clarification. A clear concise breakdown of costs are easy to understand.

Really friendly staff and helped us to find our home. They were very supportive with our decisions and helped us to secure our property. I did find, at times during the sale, we seemed to be chased for things that should have gone through the solicitor as well as being the go between the solicitor and the estate agent a fair amount. However, it was a quick and easy sale. Thank you.

Recently had a very pleasant experience with Ocean. Jemima, our agent was absolutely lovely right from the viewing through to sorting out all the paper work and admin that followed. She was so nice and was very reachable and promptly responsive throughout the entire process.
