Horrible experience will not be using Ocean again. Never updating when need it, was told delays was being caused by our solicitor but it was the in-house oceans solicitor that the buyers were using causing all the issues.

This was due to the necessary enquiries and required responses from three separate management companies, further complicated as some management contracts had been recently acquired. Ocean Bradley Stoke branch recently sold a property for us and through the trials and tribulations of selling a leasehold property they kept the dialogue between the two solicitors going positively.The sales coordinator at the branch kept us well informed at every stage of the sales process and in some instances was responsible for helping to move things forward.we will have no hesitation in using Ocean again when we need to sell one of our buy to let properties.

I have used Ocean Property Lawyers previously for conveyancing work. They are my go to conveyancers. They are not the cheapest but I like the fact that you can pick up the phone to speak to someone, rather than the automated systems with cheaper firms. I had a tight deadline to complete. The team worked hard to achieve completion within 6 weeks. Great effort by all.

GoogleRented a property through Ocean and overall was a good experience. However upon end of my tenancy returned my keys and got an email over 10 days later to ask if i had returned the keys which surprised me considering we were told a representative from Ocean will visit the property the day the tenancy ended to carry out a check-out report and we would be charged £120 if we weren't ready to vacate. Which led to an unnecessary delay in returning my deposit.

I felt very confident that her professionalism and enthusiasm would help show our house in the best light. A clear cut above the rest. We will certainly use her again next time we sell and have already referred others who have had a similarly good service. Nicola the move manager was also great and helped us feel like we had all the information and updates we needed to make decisions.

Me and my partner recently purchased our first property through oceans and can’t fault them. We spoke to a few different estate agencies and they all seemed quite disorganised and unfriendly. We had our first viewing with Layla who was very friendly and helpful and put us at ease with the process. The whole team have been very helpful including Tracey and Lauren who kept us up to date throughout and very responsive to emails. We also used oceans financial adviser Simon who was also very friendly and informative, made the application for the mortgage a lot easier and kept us up to date with any rate changes.

GoogleSimilar to other comments left, I have rarely experienced worse service or less intelligent employees. When I was asked to come in to sign the relevant paperwork to begin a tendency, I got and eye roll and a 'tut' every time I had a question about what I was being expected to sign. The charge to replace a tenant is almost comically high. The third party right to rent check is complete by an almost entirely incompetent team (and mine was simple!). My house mate is self employed, and asked his grantor to get a grantor. And finally, every time I had a question, the reply I would get was essentially, 'just do what we say'. If you have any other option, definitely take it over this branch and preserve a regular blood pressure.
