GoogleMy partner and I, had been looking for a place for a while. Regularly, going into estate agents, checking the market etc, but always getting put off due to the poor customer service. Until we met Tom at "Your Move, Queens road". The service was impeccable from the start, we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed as if we knew him. Continuous reassurance, questions answered with accurate and confident answers. Absolutely first class. Highly recommend.

GoogleThis branch told a tenant they could stay in my property at the same rent and after the contract had finished even those I had asked them to increase the rent after they initially set it up write g for a 6mth upfront contract. The tenants then stayed or 6mths not paying any rent at all after Id had to serve them their notice due to the lower rent not covering the mortgage. This branch then knowing this re rented them to another unsuspecting landlord. So be warned

GoogleI booked a viewing with them for a Saturday morning. I received no confirmation via email or text by that morning so I phoned to get the address of the property. They had not booked the viewing even though they had registered me on their system. I had travelled a fair distance for the viewing only to find out it wasn't happening. Very poor organisation from this agent. Avoid using them.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleHi, just want to say thank you very much to Tom Yates. He was fantastic, we were yesterday viewing a flat and he was really nice. Very likeable and professional. Resolving all the questions and all the time smiling. I have been wiewing many flats and I promise you, it's difficult to find a nice estate agent, most of people are serious and indifferent attitude. So thank you very much, you have a really good professional in your team!!

GoogleLast month I contacted Your Move to take over managing the rental of my flat in Brighton, while I live in the USA. Lisel over there has been great in managing all communications and actions with the renters, the old management company, the freeholder, and anyone else that had to be involved. She has been very responsive over email and we were able to get it all going digitally/online with only one phone call and without any snail mail. Based on my experience so far I definitely recommend them for overseas landlords. I look forward to Your Move also living up to my expectations in terms of day to day management and will update this review accordingly in a few months.

GoogleWent to look round a property with Your Move. It turned out neither the agents nor the landlady had been to look round it before the appointment. The flat had damp in several places and the back door lock was broken so we couldn't even get out to view the garden. Rather than being embarrassed by the state of the place the agent told us that admin fees would be £330 and that this was 'average'. Very expensive agents and don't expect good service. I'm only giving one star because it doesn't let me put zero.
