GoogleImpressive and helpful. Especially for making a call (using the rely service (NGT) as I'm Deaf and sign language user), without any barriers and provide me a flat viewing appointment straight away. A lovely helpful advisor, Tom who show me the flat especially his good gesture to communicate. Highly recommend.

GoogleBeen their customer for 6 months only and never come back to them! Hate that day when I become your move's costumer! Never get response on time,even if it's winter and your boiler is broken you can wait them to react more than a week!

GoogleHad a brilliant experience with this firm, punctual, honest & fast to process documents etc. Tom Yates, was particularly helpful and kind, we felt like nothing was too much trouble, if we move again we know where we’ll be coming!

GoogleFriendly enough to start with, but they charge massive fees and took very dubious deposit deductions without discussion or option to fix. If you can afford it, the service is generally pretty good otherwise, but best to budget a whole months rent in fees.

GoogleAsk Right Move for a second opinion on our 'Right to buy' valuation given to us. Lee presented lots of evidence to assist us and ever provided a property appraisal - for FREE!!! He was very polite and helpful.
