I was a tenant with this company for a year (I was also a third year student). I would not recommend. Luckily our deposit was protected by TDS otherwise this company would of claimed a huge chunk of our deposit at the end of our tenancy!

Kate and the whole team have been fantastic throughout our tenancy. I can't recommend them enough. They are all very friendly and extremely professional and understanding. Our calls and emails were always answered promptly. We luckily only had a couple of maintenance queries, which were resolved quickly. You will be in very safe hands with Sure Property Solutions.
