GoogleWas their tenant for a year. Took a very long time to return my deposit (still don't have it), emails and phone calls went unanswered. No concern from their part in returning the money whatsoever. Cannot recommend.

Dear Slade, we have checked our records in depth and we do not know of anyone with your name, are you sure you have the right agent? If so then please contact me directly to discuss rather than using a public platform. We are certainly not in the business of making unlawful deductions from deposits. Certainly if you ever feel this way about an agent you should know that the deposit adjudication service is there to help you if you feel too much has been deducted. If this is deducted and approved by them then I'm afraid it would mean the deduction was in fact lawful. Kind regards Zena
