During the process of finding a property and making the decision to rent it, Sure were helpful, professional and efficient throughout. They were able to deal with enquiries very well, and the tasks that were their responsibility to complete were done so without delay and to a high standard. They have a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork, which adds confidence in their ability to deal with any situation effectively. I have been very impressed with their service, and would definitely recommend them.

All previous conversation and correspondence had indicated that there would be just course for deductions to be requested from your deposit. GoogleI was a student tenant for a year and all emails about maintenance were ignored or took literal months to be sorted, we were promised things we never received and when the landlord changed it took a good few months to even be told the new landlord details. We always serve our tenants with a section 47/48 notice within the required time frame when a property changes ownership. All maintenance items are dealt with quickly. Googlevery bad experience with this company, steer clear if looking to appoint for student let’s. Our experience is that the company owner has vested interest in the property rented so very very hard to get fair treatment with deposit. Plus extortionate prices. Don’t fall into the same trap and really research alternatives before using this company. The company directors will no doubt be able to relate to this feedback.

We believe this to be a false review and this has been reported to Google, it appears to be intended for a different company. We have no record of this name or a record of a complaint. This company does not have multiple directors. We follow the guidelines of the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). Whilst we prefer to resolve deposit deductions fairly and directly with our tenants by ensuring landlords are aware of allowances for fair wear and tear and no unlawful deductions are made, if a tenant is unhappy with deposit deductions and agreement cannot be met between landlord and tenant then there is an adjudication service available within the DPS. If award is made to the landlord then this would have been done fairly and the decision made by an adjudicator (DPS) based on evidence supplied. Whilst we have no record of you or this complaint if you feel you have a justifiable grievance then please contact us directly

We have recently been in contact with sure property solutions for a recent purchase on a flat in Brighton/Hove. The communication has been excellent from Zena and Kate.
With all of the last minute dashes for the stamp duty reduction I know they have been inundated with sales and enquiries so I just want to thank them all in the team for getting us over the line with precise and hard work. They have made what could have been an incredibly difficult purchase very easy for us with their knowledge and contacts they have. GoogleSure Property Solutions Ltd. placed an advert on RightToMove for a property for rent, I enquired about it the same morning they placed the advert.
I asked if they could send me a video of the property and they said they were fully booked to show the house that Saturday but could showed it to me next Wednesday. So even though I asked for a video, they dismissed me, Even though I let them know about my circumstances (is during lockdown and I am a vulnerable person, so I cannot leave my home), they then told me they will pass it on to their college and send me a video. I then asked if I could speak to their college (that is in change of the property), they told me that this person was on a meeting and I asked if I could speak later, and they said no.
I called the next day to see if I just got unlucky with the person on the phone the day prior. The new person on the phone also dismissed me, but said their collage will send me a video of the property on Saturday. As expected, no video.
On Monday afternoon, I called again, they told me that the person in charge of the property was on a call, and that they will contact me later. End of Monday and no call, no video, no email, nothing.
I feel like a stocker at this point, I won't be calling or reaching out to them again. Sure Property Solutions Ltd, were absolutely unprofessional and 100% unresponsive with me. This is the first time that I have to deal with a situation like this while trying to find a new home for my family and I.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
