Google10/10 - fanastic estate agents, easily the best by far out of any agency i have dealt with during 11 years renting in Brighton and Hove. Excellent communication, willing to go out of their way to ensure my move was handled as smoothly as possible. I have to mention the lady who handled most of the correspondence, Jackie Fuller, who went out of her way to ensure everything was sorted for me. Would highly recommend.

GoogleThey are not a professional company. We have had numerous issues that were never solved and calls/emails not returned, not responsive at all. They took a lot of the deposit but could not back up why. I would never use them again, just a bad experience all round especially for studentsNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCan easily that say Jack has made the renting experience far easier than I would have ever imagined! He always follows up emails within 24 hours and if anything needs fixing he gets always seems to make us his first priority which we very much appreciate. Fabulous property manager! Definitely recommend Pavilion Properties, with him around you won’t have any issues go unresolved! 🎉

GoogleWorst agency i have come accross. We moved in to find a house unclean (dust and spiders and dirt in evry corner) and unsafe (wardrobe fell on my head). We then proceeded into harrowingly non stop harassing to get all these things fixed (no lights in many rooms, no couch, broken desks and chairs...) for 5 WEEKS. This agency is appaling I absolutely do not recommend it.

GooglePavilion Properties are responsible for managing the letting of a number of flats in a house in my street. I am very concerned about the state of the building. I have contacted the company twice but the building is still in a very poor state. Things have been like this for the last five years. Pity the poor tenants.

GoogleI was going to be living in a property advertised by pavilion then decided to drop out. my holding fee was not paid back to me , even though the other girl that dropped out got her fee back. after calling 3 times still did not hear anything back. not even an email, they are very unhelpful and poorly organised.

GoogleThey were ok at getting back to us when we contacted them and the cleaning service was brilliant, however the things they charged us for out of our deposit was ridiculous, including dusting light switches for £10 and charging us £30 for cleaning an armchair that we gave them for free.
