I’ve had horrible Experiences with estate agents over the last couple of weeks after being served very short notice from my landlord. I have been panicking to find somewhere and had been turned away from many places due to my student status. It’s hard enough financially as a student and a nurse but with the added pressure of also panicking to find somewhere to live this was an extremely stressful time. After having two properties pulled out from under my feet after they were both listed with two different agencies I foundA property on the leaders website which I fell in love with. I was so apprehensive about the whole process and I didn’t get my hopes up thinking that I wasn’t going to be suitable but I was reassured and given comfort and support the entire process. Kerry, the lady who showed me around the property was bright cheerful warm and welcoming the entire time and made both me and my mum feel so at ease.When I rang her later on that day to tell her that I wanted the property she was quick to start the process to ensure that I had confidence in the team. I was then introduced to Sydney and Victoria who took over the lettings process supported me through all of my referencing and that of my guarantor and were quick to solve any issues and any queries I had. The communication has been excellent, They’ve made this whole process so stress free for me and I finally get to move into my own property in a weeks time after the anxiety I’ve suffered. They’ve been an absolute pleasure To deal with and I couldn’t be grateful enough for everything they’ve done. They truly do go above and beyond to make the process run smoothly. Can’t thank you enough ladies you’ve just been fabulous and you deserve all the cocktails in the world (except you Vicky, mocktails for you for a few more months) ❤️❤️❤️☺️☺️

A level above all other agencies. Polite, patient and professional team, made me feel very welcome in their office. I was searching for a flat to let through other agencies for a month with no success, until I was called by Kerrie about a flat that just became available and would fit my preferences. I absolutely loved the apartment and started the letting process immediately, which was incredibly fast and easy. I and am tremendously grateful to both Kerrie who was my agent and the entire team. First of all they lied and charged me an extra month, then denied that they had done so. Secondly, they claim that I can't have my deposit because of a load of pre-existing problems with the flat they're trying to blame on me, as well as their disgusting communal areas being filled with bird droppings and nests. They have caused me massive distress these last few months and we are still waiting for any deposit back. If you look at most of their ratings, they obviously use FAKE ACCOUNTS to boost their ratings! DO NOT USE!

My wife and I are both very satisfied with Leaders' services. All the agents working in the North Laine office we were in contact with during the searching period, when finalizing the contract and even afterwards were very polite, flexible and friendly. It was especially Ms. Vicky Amos, who was most helpful even after the contract was signed. We had to contact her a couple more times after we moved in about utility bills and mail delivered for former tenants, and she was always there at once to assist us doing her best.
