It’s a cliche to say that a company has “gone the extra mile” with their service, but nevertheless this is the best way to describe my experience with Leaders whilst letting my property. When you have an empty house that needs a tenant, you want it filled ASAP, so you hope the agent to realises the urgency to get the job done. I have been particularly impressed with Gary Copleston and Kerrie Knight’s performance.

Leaders (Brighton North Laine) been fantastic in helping me to find a new house to rent. With their help, I've just moved into a wonderful new place. While I was looking for a flat, I had registered with several different letting agents, and while some of those other agents had slightly cheaper fees, what Leaders provided was an impeccable service with constant communication. I mostly interacted with Klaudia and Alex, both of whom were brilliant. Not only were they easy to get in contact with, but they (along with their colleague Lynn) both provided me with lots of information about potentially suitable properties every day. Alex and Klaudia both listened very carefully to my needs and my circumstances, and so were able to filter and refine the properties they were showing me to only the ones that met my needs. When I found the place that I've just moved into, Klaudia guided me through the process of securing the tenancy with incredible clarity. She also addressed numerous questions and requests I had about the property promptly and thoroughly. I cannot recommend Klaudia, Alex and the rest of the Brighton North Laine team highly enough.

Been shown a property today by a woman named Laura, who must be the worst letting agent on town, I went to see a flat at Buckingham place on Brighton and she said nothing at all about the property but instead stared at her phone the whole time. I didn't like the place and the only thing she said was "next time look at the location because we don't want to do unnecesary views" .. guess someone needs some training or a career change.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. useless is an understatement. They will let you properties that are and I quote 'the worst property they have' they will hand you the keys and let you go into a property that has not been cleaned or maintained even when you assured they will repair/replace/clean. They will take 3-4 weeks to see a to a broken boiler in the middle of winter the list of problems with leaders and there inability to get things done. They are known to pass the buck. No accountability from the property management. I cannot wait till the contract we are in has ended! I really hope they don't mislead the tenant who takes over from us either. Diabolical. Luckily I can back up what I say with pictures of the property and how it was left to us. I cannot stress this enough. PLEASE DO NOT USE LEADERS.
