We recently had to move house during COVID. I am not normally one to leave a review. However I would like to take the time to praise the team for their work. They went above an beyond to meet our deadlines, making organising timings effortless. Big shout out to Sydney, from the very get go Sydney was personable, professional and organised. From start to finish Sydney guided us through the process of renting in COIVD, in such an unsure time Sydney certainly made us both feel there was something that can be counted on. My partner and I have had a great experience with Leaders. Kerrie and Aimee were so helpful and got everything sorted for us - especially because we had such a short time to get the paperwork done, they were always on the other end of the phone to help us! I had such a great experience with this letting agency. Sydney was an amazing agent. She went out of her way to ensure that I was well informed. The best service. I was very pleased to go with Leaders, couldn't be more satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Oscar has been the best person we could ever wish for. He looked after us every single day and was always available to give us a hand. Being the first time ever in a moving through an agency, my girlfriend and I were able to get a lovely flat in just a bunch of days.The team was always kind with us, replying to several questions and giving us useful tips and advice. They managed to speed up the referencing checks as well, which can be very annoying sometimes. Will definetely go with them again.

No words can describe how bad of an experience I have had with Leaders Kemptown. I rented one of their properties for a year and this was the worst experience I have ever had in terms of renting. The house was in terrible condition and the agent lied about the works that would be done while I was going to stay there. When the landlord would not fix the bare minimum the agency would not help. With the state that the house was given to us In, they have not even talked about giving us our deposit money back after over a month now. I don't understand how they have such good reviews on here. This year has taken a toll on me and would never wish it on anyone else, be careful and don't rent with Leaders Kemptown.

Had a rental flat through leaders for the duration of one year, Bitter sweet ending to a tenency whereby there were no real challenges during tenency but the closing out process and return of the deposit has been a lacklustre and poorly communicated one. Still at this point waiting for refund after some exorbitant deductions for simple end of tenancy cleaning. It is currently Day 18 from the day we vacated the property with little to no progress only a under detailed email that a submission for refund has been made after chasing for an update numerous times.
