During my first visit to scout for housing in Brighton I stopped by a number of agency offices and was not impressed. Fortunately, on my second visit, the first property I wanted to view was handled by Leaders and, even more fortunately, the agent who showed me the flat was Oliver King. As a Californian making a move to another country, many things were confusing and difficult. Ollie could not have been more patient, helpful and good-humored. One thing that particularly impressed me was his responsiveness. Almost every time I called, he answered. And when he couldn't answer, he returned the call immediately. I'm quite grateful to Ollie and deeply appreciate everything he did to assist me in smoothing the way for this big and challenging move. Thank you so much!

Great help and service from Gary and his team. Also really excellent help when extra help needed - prompt, kind. I have been with this branch for many years and stay because of the personal service they offer when needed. They have advocated for tenants when they might fall outside my criteria but seem excellent otherwise and this has worked out well. Gary has been very helpful when a re-mortgage issue meant we needed to go back 10 years to the then tenancy agreement. Thus I would say they help all to find a good match so it all runs smoothly. Register your property or go to them to find your ideal rental. I have no hesitation in recommending them

My partner and I just this week moved into our new flat in Brighton and we had a 5* experience with Leaders Kemptown. Rudy, Gary and the team were fantastic throughout - personable, patient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On the day we got the keys, they handed us a Welcome Pack, which contained some provisions for our first day in the new flat (tea, water, anti-bac wipes etc). Very sweet and thoughtful! No matter how small our query, the team were always on hand to take our calls and answer emails to put us at ease. We were so pleased with how the process went - from viewing to picking up the keys - that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leaders Kemptown to others looking to rent in Brighton & Hove.
