From our first initial appointment with Mark, the process of having the professional photos taken (included in their costs) through to Tony organising viewings or providing feedback everything was done in a professional and timely manner. Tony understood our circumstances and ensured that there was a minimum of impact on us and our family. What also stood out were the small details, the occasional text update, being COVID secure compliant (masks, gloves etc) and even taking shoes off when coming into the property (when we were deciding on which agent to go with they were the only ones who offered). Tony also recommended an excellent surveyor who we used on the property we were purchasing. GoogleOur second time using Knight and Knoxley to sell our property and we had another great experience. We moved in the height of the stamp duty rush; everything went very smoothly. We sold quickly despite being in a top floor flat, which was a hard sell in the market at the time. This was in no small part down to Tony, who was brilliant and dedicated throughout. We were also particularly impressed with the photography. We would always recommend K&K to anyone who asks!

They found me a tenant almost immediately after publishing my rental property; and when she pulled out at short notice, they re- advertised it and found me a really nice tenant one day later! Very impressed with Luke's hard work and professionalism. I thoroughly recommend Knight and Knoxley!
