Least 'estate agent' like agents I've met with a genuine, personal service and not only delivered on the asking price but within the short timescale I wanted to sell my property within. I would not hesitate to go back to K&K when I come to sell / buy again.

GoogleAfter having a terrible experience with a national competitor, I was referred to Knight & Knoxley by a one of my family members. The experience was a breath of fresh air. Though a couple of deals fell through as new issues surfaced with the property. The staff at K&K adapted, found a final buyer and handled the whole process with honesty and integrity. Very impressed, it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Their website with the virtual reality tours gives you a glimpse from the future and is also a good tool to see what really is on offer. The great experience continues when you meet the team. GoogleI cannot recommend Knight and Knoxley enough, they worked extremely hard for us from the start to the end of our sale. They are extremely knowledgable and helped us work out some complicated matters to do with title deeds, capital gains etc. You get much more with them than just the sale of your home. No "sales man" attitudes, I found them very trustworthy and reliable.

GoogleKnight and Knoxley sold our one bedroom flat in Preston Circus recently, they were professional and friendly and got us a great price for the property. Their marketing was a cut above, the photos and virtual tour looked amazing and we had an excellent response on the viewing day. Their service was personal, I would recommend them and would use them again.
