GoogleYou couldn't ask for a better estate agent in Knight & Knoxley. Moving home is one of the most stressful times in your life & I believe we wouldn't have made it through without Mark , Tony from the Brighton branch supporting us. Nothing was ever too much trouble for these guys and I never felt like I was bothering them. Tony and Ayrton from Knight and Knoxley were helpful throughout the process, even though they were representing the sellers we (the buyers) felt they were supportive of our needs and always available to answer any questions. The process moved extremely quickly, and of all the people we dealt with throughout Tony and Ayrton at Knight and Knoxley were the most helpful and pleasant. Would certainly recommend!

GoogleWe bought a house from Tony at Knight & Knoxley. From viewing, to offer through to completion we had clear and transparent communication. The process took longer due to my buyer, they were understandably keen to move the process forward (as were we) but remained helpful and professional, and the key thing was clear communication from both sides. When we needed an additional viewing for looking at furniture, this was easily arranged.

GoogleFrom Elissa's superb photography that sets them apart from many other agents to their beautiful office and personable service, Knight & Knoxley exude class. Their close knit team led by Nat and Ruth strives to make the selling experience as smooth as possible, and it was reassuring to find out that when things did go wrong, it was all hands on deck to get us back on course. Tony had found a new buyer for us within a few days and our onwards purchase was quickly secured, Lisa proactively moving things forward through her tenacious input throughout the chain. We would like to thank all at Knight & Knoxley for their help selling our property (twice!) and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others as a refreshing alternative to more traditional estate agents.

GoogleThe flat we purchased through Knight & Knoxley in Brighton has just completed. Nicholas Carter dealt with the sale and as a first time buyer it was made easy from start to finish. Prompt communication between Nic and us, the vendors and both side's solicitors made for a smooth process, from viewings to getting the keys. I would definitely recommend Knight & Knoxley to any prospective buyers, and from what I hear from the vendors I would recommend them to prospective sellers too!

Professional pictures arranged once we agreed to use K&K - far better than those on display for the property we were buying. We were kept fully informed of potential purchasers and given feedback from each viewing, before a sale was agreed. A friendly, helpful, professional and hard working team. GoogleFantastic experience buying our flat with Knight and Knoxley. As a first time buyer, I had been dreading this part of the buying process, because of what I had been told about estate agents over the years - but Nic could not have been more helpful, patient and responsive. He made the process feel smooth and was always at the end of a phone or email if you needed him. I met a few estate agents while looking for a property and having someone who actually seemed to care looking after you and explaining what was happening, made the whole thing a very pleasant experience! Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI couldn't be happier with how Knight and Knoxley helped me with a recent very complicated sale and purchase. They were consistently attentive and professional. I've never had a great experience with other estate agents in the past, but its taken so much stress out of the experience seeing the team consistently go above and beyond any expectations I might have had in terms of service. Their honesty is very refreshing, and they have a very friendly approach. I've already recommended them to friends who have also had an extremely positive experience with the team.

GoogleThe reason we initially chose Knight & Knoxley, a newly founded estate agent over other 'established' agents was based on a gut instinct after an impromptu 'pop-in' to the premises. After meeting the team, we felt confident that we were dealing with people who understood our needs and requirements, rather than being treated as a number or simply 'another' customer with 'another' piece of property to sell. Dealing with other estate agents, I've never truly been sure as to who they have been working for - the seller, the vendor, or themselves. It quickly became apparent that Knight & Knoxley operated with a moral compass, acting as a trusted go-between between both seller and vendor. If a request from the buyer was wide of the mark, it was mentioned to them and reflected on, and the same with any requests from my side as the seller. Fairness and transparency were the key things we gained from choosing K&K, as well as constant communication to keep all parties in the loop, and the sale on the boil. After receiving such excellent support and subsequent after-sales support/guidance/advice, I would highly recommend the services of Knight & Knoxley to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
