GoogleNat and his team recently sold our home and from the outset, the approach was fantastic. The way our property was marketed was excellent which ensured we had a lot of viewings in a short space of time that helped minimise disruption to our lives, especially as we have 3 small children! The sale was swiftly concluded and managed well from offer to completion. If we ever move again, they'll be the first people we call, really first rate.

GoogleKnight and Knoxley were really nice on a viewing and I was looking to select an agent to sell my home. I had already seen three other agents, but I was delighted when Alex from Knight and Knoxley attended to value my property. There were several big factors that attracted me to Knight and Knoxley above two big chains and one local agent: Firstly, Alex and his lovely small team are personable, honest and communicate effectively and efficiently. I wanted to support a local business. Secondly, the quality of the photography and virtual reality tour was remarkable. Of all the agents media I have seen while house hunting, it is noticeable that the quality of the images completely blows all of them out of the water - many of my friends from the media and advertising world have commented that they have never seen better. I even used my virtual tour to get quotations from removal companies without the need for a visit. I am sure this package only brought serious buyers to the open house as they could "tour" the house prior to its launch. Thirdly, advertising on both Rightmove and Zoopla was a key factor that many local agents don't offer. Needless to say, we had multiple offers after the open house and the property sold through sealed bids within the week. I would throughly recommend Alex and his team if you're looking to sell or rent your home. I hope they open a secondary branch in Hove just in case I need to sell my new home in the future!

GoogleI bought my first house and lived in it for many happy years with my family before thinking of moving to a new place in the same part of Brighton. Got an estate agent around to check the place, the process felt really dated so I figured maybe try somewhere else. Coincidentally, a new estate agent opened just then, right at the end of the road - their graphic design and virtual tours had me thinking this would be a better team to work with, so I popped in and had a chat with Nat. All went smoothly, they sold my house to a new family and found me an ideal new house to move into with my family, just what we were lookin' for in exactly the right location. Knight & Knoxley are AAA next-gen, massively recommended.

We were drawn to them for their stylish and on trend marketing. Both flats were up on the market within days of our enquiry, and communication throughout the sales was very good and personable. He was endlessly patient and charming with me and my buyer and went above and beyond helping out as I live on the other side of the country. I doubt the sale would have gone through without him.
