Tony and the team were fantastic in the sale of my apartment in Brighton. we advertised through fox & sons and Cubbit & west originally and they were useless. constantly making excuses that the market was slow ect. very unprofessional and just wasted my time. the difference of night and day with K&K. personable, professional and sold my apartment within a week of changing to them. The property was on the market for 2.5 months with the other agents. highly recommend

I have been dealing with Knight & Knoxley over the last few months, over the marketing and sale of my late Father's marina apartment in Brighton. Initially I contacted three local estate agents, for proposals and price estimates of the property. I chose Knight and Knoxley as I liked their proposal and their general attitude to this sale. I dealt with Tony Guillou at K&K, and he has been unfailingly proactive and helpful throughout the sales process, right up to the handover of the keys, etc. Tony helped me throughout the whole process, and gave great support in : a) obtaining a good price for the property b) following up with all the items that can complicate a sale, if not dealt with by a professional, i.e. handover of utilities, community charges, furniture (included or otherwise), etc. etc. K&K have given me a good quality/good value service; and have been professional and responsive throughout. K&K were especially helpful when there were some apparent problems with the Buyers solicitors. These were dealt with diplomaticaly by Tony at K&K. I can, most definitely, recommend K&K's services; and Tony Guillou in particular.

Enquiries were answered very promptly and, being first-time buyers, some were probably very obvious. By the same token Tony and Mark helped guide us through the process. In spite of our terrible solicitors Tony stuck with it and it all worked out eventually. Tony is very personable and enthusiastic. When we first went met him, he was fully prepared with information about the local market and with historical knowledge of the local area. We had been struggling with the previous Estate Agent and our flat had been on the Market for 3 Months. Tony assured us that he would sell it, even though it is tougher when a property has been up for a while. We negotiated a price with his knowledge and he got the process up and running in lightening time. Throughout the sale of the Flat Tony was extremely polite and communicative, he obviously has a passion for his job and works hard. So pleased that we went through Knight and Knoxley. They were faultless. We didn't have a very good solicitor, but Tony more than made up for it. He was so patient and helpful, was always avaliable to answer questions no matter how ridiculous, and as first time buyers we would have been quite lost otherwise. Terrible customer service! AVOID! I had heard good things about this company and so gave them a ring to arrange a valuation. The person at the end of the phone was rude, abrupt and couldn’t be less interested in my questions. I thought “maybe they are just having a bad day” and so went ahead to book the valuation, but the agent who turned up was even worse. From start to finish, they acted as if they were doing me the favour through being there and seemed frustrated with my questions. If this is from a vendors POV then how do they treat the buyers!

DO NOT RENT WITH KNIGHT AND KNOXLEY. Without question the worst letting agent I've used in the 10 years I've rented in Brighton. A few day before I moved in, they nearly doubled the deposit I needed to pay. This would have been above the legal limit on deposits. The landlord and Knight and Knoxley just blame each other for things not being repaired. The worst issue was going a year with a heavy leak in the kitchen ceiling making it almost unusable, not to mention incredibly dangerous. In the end I chose to leave the property rather than wait any longer. Absolutely no communication on leaving the property and then they tried to take all of my deposit without even viewing it. The above barely scratches the surface of the issues. I hope you know you made my life hell for over a year.

We found them to be the most pro-active, reactive and professional of all the estate agents we dealt with over an extremely busy 2 month period. Yep... good luck buying a house here, its gone nuts! They were also literally the only agent to enforce covid rules, which as a seller, I would actually be quite comforted by. We've just sold a four bedroom house in Brighton with Knight & Knoxley. From the start they were a cut above the rest. Their photographer is brilliant and the whole presentation is elegant. She came to our house twice to catch the best lighting. And took the trouble to wait until the road was car free for the front shot. These little things compound to a big difference. There were lots of potential sticking points during the sale. Most worryingly our buyer's buyer had their London house significantly devalued during the sale process. Mark and Tony remained calm and professional (and un-estate agenty - I mean that as compliment) throughout and skillfully negotiated what could have been a deal-breaking issue. Selling a house is a stressful time, but it could have been so much harder. If you're selling in Brighton and want the best sale price and to deal with nice, professional people, I'd highly recommend the excellent Knight & Knoxley.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I had the pleasure of buying my first property through Knight & Knoxley and cannot fault how professional and helpful Tony is! Tony was open and honest with me throughout the process and kept me in the loop at every stage as well as being amazing at chasing up loose ends for me and my vendor. We recently sold our 5-bedroom house through Knight & Knoxley and we had a very positive experience with them. We initially dealt with Ruth and Tony on the sale, and both worked really hard in a challenging market. The sale was finally closed with the help of a lot of work up and down the chain by Lisa Christie. Lisa had to cope with a very late price renegotiation request from our buyers, which she handled very well, and also managed to help bring the deals to exchange in the middle of the Covid19 lock-down. Without Lisa's input the sale would not have gone through.
