Absolutely unprofessional services (from a homeowner point of view). Lack of responding to messages (some of which were urgent in my opinion), vague communication with answering questions, and money being taken before things are even completed. This company was great 25 yrs ago but things have definitely changed. Such a shame that they are able to get away with such criminal behavior.

GoogleUnfortunately I can't put 0 star. They booked us in for an appointment, all the way from London and when we came at the property, their answer was that the property was let 10 min before us, no body called saying that the property is not available any longer for us not to loose the time. I will never work with them again.
