The entire team at King & Chasemore are absolutely lovely and have been nothing but helpful throughout the entire renting process. I have to mention the lovely Rebecca, in particular, who really went above and beyond when answering my MANY questions, and replied to all of my emails extremely quickly. I am a first time renter but I would recommend anyone to choose this lettings agent, they have been nothing but reliable and very helpful to me so far!

Chichester branch. Terrible customer service, clearly more about the money rather than advising as to what would actually result in a quick sale. Was told a potential viewer was "a bit bonkers" and was more or less forced out of our home 15 mins before another viewing as they had turned up early. Wasted 3 months. And now, despite REPEATED requests, they still can't pick their board up (even though we have sold via another agent). AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

As is the case with most low-cost housing in Brighton, we had the occassional problem (which ultimately comes down to the landlord) but were very happy with the respect we were treated with by King and Chasemore. Past letting agents have ignored us and frozen us out, and tried to steal deposits over minor things etc, King and Chasemore Brighton is not like that at all. Nice, helpful people.
