I've recently taken the plunge and moved into a one-bed flat, and all my prior experiences with letting agents have been in a group/house share setting, so I was very unsure of the processes and nuances that follow being an only occupant. Writing a quick review so I can let this go: absolutely terrible experience working with Liam at this office. Was given 48 hours notice that our move in date had changed (as in 48 hours prior to our agreed upon date) and Liam was too much a coward to even call and tell us himself, a pattern that repeated itself each time he had frustrating news. He also disappeared on us and the landlords for almost 4 weeks with zero communications. I am genuinely upset that he was compensated at all for his work here. Hours and hours of unnecessary time wasted, unacceptable communication, and a total and utter lack of caring. If I could give 0 stars or less, I would.
