Michael at Fox & Sons was great at guiding us through our mortgage application. We were first-time buyers so we'd not done it before and his relaxed and friendly style definitely helped! One of the benefits was that Michael was able to speak to his colleagues at other branches to smooth the path with viewings at properties in various parts of Brighton and Hove rather than us having to approach them cold. We'd definitely use him again!

We’ve rented a house we saw on the Fox & Sons website (Kemptown, Brighton). I have to say they have been super efficient and kept us in the loop at all times. All the checks, signatures etc went smoothly and swiftly (online). The staff at the Kemptown office couldn’t be more helpful Constructive criticism? Would be good to have instructions for central heating (quite complicated these days with smart thermostats) plus clear advice on the services and aerial arrangements- suggested power companies, what broadband is available and already installed (we went for slower BT but now we see that there is a hi-speed coaxial cable installed already). I am nitpicking here - the overall experience has been great.

Amazing experience with fox and sons Lettings team! I signed up for email alerts with them, if any properties came on the market that suited what we were looking for. Luckily Alex emailed me straight away when a property came onto the market that was perfect for us! So I went to view it that day and now we are renting it! If Alex hadn’t of thought of us straight away we may have missed out on the house. The whole process with the Lettings team was very quick and efficient and they were very helpful with any queries we had. I would definitely recommend their services! Thank you.
