GoogleI had a very positive experience with Fox and Son’s recently, as someone in their early twenties moving into a studio flat for the first time. Everything was done very swiftly and professionally and they made me feel at ease. Any questions I had were answered and all the staff were very friendly and informative. Super big thanks to Lily for showing me around, Alex for keeping me up to date with the process and Molly for handing over the keys 😊 They also give you a little gift pack with some goodies when you first move in, which is very sweet, 11/10 recommend!

GoogleI would highly recommend Fox & Sons for their professional and supportive service. I only have a single property that I let out, so probably need my hand holding more others. I have previously experienced a few agencies, with award winning reputations, that have more than fell short of their responsibilities (putting it mildly). I feel that as Fox and Sons, being one of the larger Estate Agents, have better systems, organisation and accountability than say a small company that has only one or two shops. I would like to personally thank the Lettings Team in Kemptown, especially Peter, Molly and Alex. They have patiently and efficiently answered my endless questions getting back to me promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again!

GoogleOur experience thus far has been far from satisfactory. We moved in approximately four months ago, and from day one, we encountered numerous issues. We received minimal support throughout the process. Upon collecting the keys from the agency, we were left to navigate finding our flat and accessing the car park on our own. Despite being informed that the garage was "around the property," we were left to fend for ourselves, unaware that the building we moved into had three separate garages. Upon entering the property, we were dismayed to find it in a deplorable state, extremely dirty and unkempt. Shockingly, we even discovered blood stains on one of the doors, despite being assured that the flat had undergone a thorough professional cleaning just days prior. Furthermore, despite explicitly requesting that the mold in the bathroom be addressed before our move-in date, it remained unresolved. The photos attached depict the persisting mold issue, which took nearly a month to be inadequately addressed. The individual tasked with remedying the situation merely painted over the mold without proper removal. Moreover, ongoing bathroom issues persist even after four months of occupancy, yet to be rectified by the property management. While I am generally reluctant to leave negative reviews, I felt compelled to do so in this instance to highlight the sheer negligence exhibited by the agency and its property management team. GoogleThey were the worse letting agency that I have worked with, they don't report things from tenant to landlord and vice versa, they are just on the landlord side and not as a in between person to mediate, they don't do their work properly, are very unprofessional, avoid at all costs to work with this people, there are loads of letting agents to work with (Reviewed) One day after I posted this review, Fox & Sons decided to leave a review on google as I'm a tradesman and guess what, they rated me 1 star without having any contact with me in my area, just so you can see how unscrupulous and vengeful this people are, avoid! avoid! avoid! still haven't received my deposit after almost 2 months I left the house I rented through them

When they knew about mu situation and the urgency of the rent for me, they were in the office extra hours for me in their weekend holiday - I don't know every one of them- but that great work was done by Ajay and Katie. Both are great people and super friendly. Hope to come back next year with a better review to write.

In particular, Ed who helped us find the perfect property. We think he had great knowledge of the property and the area and we felt he went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. The mortage process was really easy, quick and straightforward and most importantly we got a great deal! I’d recommend Micheal for mortgages as he helped and guided us through the whole process and found a deal that works for us as it beat any other quote we were offered.
