Couldn’t recommend Marvin enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We honestly cannot thank Marvin enough for all his help and support throughout our mortgage journey. He has been so kind, patient and helpful from start to finish, always taking the time to explain everything and put our minds at ease. When our original mortgage application was unfortunately rejected, we were understandably really stressed, but Marvin was fantastic at keeping us calm and immediately looked at our options to find us the most suitable lender. He worked so hard to make sure we could continue with our purchase and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier. He has always been incredibly responsive, even replying to us on his days off, which really showed how much he genuinely cared about helping us. We had an amazing experience with Marvin and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He managed to reduce our monthly payments from £1176 down to just £362, which made a huge difference for us. He provided excellent support throughout the process. Absolutely useless communication. I messaged (via their website) and called several times for information about an auction property and they never got back to me. At one point I was promised a call back with information and they never got back to me. Every time I called they had no idea who I was and no record of my previous call (??). Eventually I found out rhe property was sold for a price I could afford denying me a home. Useless.
