First time to rent via Fox and Sons, Ajay was the agent who looked after me during the process, he was very helpful, caring , creative and cooperative. I was looking for one bedroom in kemptown I was lucky enough to get him when viewing 2 apartments which were not what I exactly needed. Once Ajay recognized my criteria he perfectly understood what I wanted and found another apartment for me ( just what i was looking for including the price, the location and description) he was professional and efficient and responded to my messages even out of hours till i got the apartment and arranged with the landlord to change some stuff in the apartment to meet my family needs. I really appreciated his huge effortt and i am 100% satisfied with his and Fox & Sons services!

I visited the branch to proceed with moving into my new property, but the experience was very disappointing due to the conduct of a staff member. She incorrectly calculated the rent and, when I politely raised the issue, responded rudely, insisted she was correct, and aggressively snatched the paper out of my hand. The error, around £1,000, was later confirmed, but she dismissed it and continued to argue. Although she apologised after escalation to the branch manager, her response was defensive and dismissive. We have also faced ongoing issues with poor organisation and communication, including being asked to repeat steps and sign documents multiple times due to internal errors.

Years later they are spamming my email and making lots of nuisance calls. I have never signed up or agreed for them to contact me. They must be really desperate.
