I must say thank you to Michael and Ben, who are always helpful, patient, and nothing is ever to much trouble. They always find the time to run through things and check on details. Will definitely return in January.

GoogleMy experience with Fox and Sons in getting my first rented house in the UK was extremely pleasant. They were very professional in their services, right from the time of viewing till the time i got hold of the keys to my new home. I particularly want to recognize the effort of one of their letting negotiator, Mr. Keenan Atkinson-Cox, who was very patient and diligent in putting me through all the steps in renting a property in the UK. I would strongly recommend an employee like Keenan to be at the services of 'newbies' who require a skillful guide to renting properties in the UK. And for Landlords, Fox and son provides a critical Referencing of prospective tenants - they leave no stone unturned to ensure you get the right fit for your property.

GoogleWe are Elec Test South East, and we work with Fox and Sons, carrying out EICR's, remedial works and call outs. The team at Kemptown branch are great. Always friendly and polite. So a pleasure to work with which makes it great to be part of. I have been on a few jobs where viewings have taken place, and the same approach with potential tenants.

GoogleMy curtains have fallen off the wall in august of 2023, I've been trying to get them repaired for almost a year, they don't respond to emails, they send you round the loop and try and forget the problem. BIG AVOID if you can

She was patient throughout, gave me time to educate me on the process, and went above and beyond to diligently chase stakeholders across the sale, to make sure the purchase completed in time. GoogleMy Dad passed away and I had to sell his house fast to pay back the Loan for his Live at home Care Plan. Extremely Stressful time, loss of Dad , let down by another Agent and I also live in France! Then came Ed, Ben and the Fox team into my life, they took control, worked hard to find me a quick buyer/sale, kept me updated through out the process and had no problem that I phoned to help me deal with the 1001 questions from the conveying Solictors! A little more expensive then the first Agent that let me down. But this is a caring Firm and you get what you pay for, A SUPER SERVICE. If I had another house to sell I would only use them.
