GoogleI've recently bought a flat through Brand Vaughan Preston Park. I found them to be really good, the flat I bought I probably wouldn't have looked at if it hadn't been suggested to me by the agent (Kate) and I'm very glad I did. As I was in a chain it took longer than would've hoped to exchange and complete (nothing to do with BV), but I thought Louise at BV was really approachable throughout and kept good communication. Overall it was a good experience buying through them - thanks to the team for the assistance! (The only thing I don't like is how you use guide prices (e.g. 325- 350K) rather than just saying the price point the seller expects, but I'm aware that lots of other estate agents do that too.)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

They managed to find me a buyer within four days of me approaching them and prior to the property being officially advertised. All of the team were so helpful and I couldn’t recommend them more. I live under the tenant of Brand Vaughan, who have flooded my place 3 times in less than 3 years.Despite admitting liability brand Vaughan take no responsibility, needing constant chasing even for a response and clearly do not want to do any work.Having properties I own and rent out, I will make sure never to use brand Vaughan - terrible customer service.

GoogleKaren Franks and Nick were fantastic throughout the process. We felt that Brand Vaughan were supportive to us being first time buyers, and were sympathetic when having to deal with some tricky issues in the negotiations with the seller. Would recommend this agency if considering buying!
