The move was a bit of a saga due to the 'on-off' capability of our buyer to be 'able to' or 'not able to' raise the cash that he needed. So we constantly had to make decisions about finding a new buyer or sticking with our guy. Through all this angst, MM provided good support, sensitive/sensible reasoned advice AND someone to moan at. Just what we needed!

Dee and Felix are a great team. They listen to the client and advise accordingly. My sale was seemles as everyone was working to the same end goal in a timely fashion. I'm normally hesitant to use the agents conveyancing team however I could not have wished for a better person. Amy has to be one of the best solicitors I have used.
