We have had some bad experiences with Agents before but were very happy with Helen at Brand Vaughan. the valuation as good and they found tenants very quickly and the paperwork has been efficiently managed. So far they have been one of the best we have dealt with.

Mollie and Josh in the lettings team and Brand Vaughan have been fantastic throughout.They suggested a higher rental valuation than other agents and then managed to achieve that rate very quickly, finding a superb candidate who viewed and then moved in within a week and half.They are both just very nice to work with.Highly recommend.

Let agreed, all the confidential documents had been shared with a third party platform. I have started to arrangements to move. All of a sudden, received an email from Brand Vaughan saying tenancy has been cancelled. I have a perfect credit history, so it cannot be about the financial check. I can only speculate what happened. Disgusting service!

GoogleI bought a property through Brand Vaugn and found it painless in comparison to my previous sale and purchase. They seem to be a genuinely nice bunch of people, responsive and friendly. On a non-service based note, I like how they have a copywriter who doesn't use estate agent language to describe properties. Makes for a much more imaginative read.

First of all booking direct with Brand Vaughan is very easy. We were very happy on the day with arrived as the keys were available straight away, you have your own allocated parking spot so you don't have to worry about any parking issues, our apartment was lovely and clean apart from the patio doors which we had to clean so we could see out of them but no great drama, all in all we had a fantastic stay and can't wait to go back next year

GoogleIt was long journey finally getting to our lovely new home, and a long journey selling our flat, but Brand Vaughan got us there in the end! They sold our flat when two other agents had failed, and found us a great new place when our purchase fell through.
