Selling a property from a distance is never easy. From the first I found the staff helpful, informative and generally very pleasant. At the risk of leaving someone out I want to mention Samin who kept the lines of communication open at all times with the buyer and with me. George, too, who made himself available at very short notice and alerted me to a problem.

Chelsea Lee at the Preston Park office was fantastic!Me and my partner have just bought our first property, this was a momentous and often stressful time for us, however the dedication of Chelsea to go above and beyond to put our minds at ease and made us hang in there! Whenever we had a query, Chelsea would often be able to return to us that same day with the clarification we needed. We really appreciate how hard she worked to maintain that our sale was completed within the limit of our mortgage offer, this was particularly difficult due to unforeseen set backs up the chain. We can't thank her enough for playing a pivotal role in us now owning our dream flat!

BrandVaughan offer a wonderfully efficient, dependable and professional lettings service. I have let my property through them for the past two years and have complete peace of mind knowing that it is being looked after properly. This is invaluable, as I now live over 250 miles away! I certainly get value for money from their service and would highly recommend them to anybody considering renting out a property in the Brighton area.

Easy to work with, someone is always available at the end of the phone. They did lots of chasing for me regarding speeding up the seller. A lovely welcome pack was provided when I completed, which was a nice touch.

Really stress-free sale - very professional, always kept us informed and were instantly there when an issue did come up. They organised professional cleaners after our move and then inspected the property afterwards as we had left 4 days earlier.Good marketing - on all the portals - and always accompanied prospects, then gave feedback.No hesitation in fully recommending them.

In our opinion my partner and I agree that the staff in the Preston Park office of Brighton deserve every star of the 5 stars we are allowed to give. Namely Maria, Jordan, & Amie who worked tirelessly on our behalf throughout the introduction and occupation of our tenants in the Hanover area of Brighton. As we live abroad we needed to have a trustworthy and reliable support relationship to help with any issues that cropped up, we were not able to "pop" over to attend to things that a managing agency should be able to deal with. We were always kept informed quickly on any issues that might affect us. If you are a landlord and letting your property, or even thinking of letting, use the confidence of going with a 5 star agency for a truly excellent level of service. GoogleBought and sold through their Kemp Town branch. Michael, Timothy, Felix and the whole team were outstanding throughout, amidst challenging circumstances during the pandemic. Helpful, friendly, communicative and endlessly patient with all our requests and enquiries. 100% recommend. The photos they take of properties are also head and shoulders above those taken by pretty much all other estate agents we came across, which is a big difference for a seller.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Never use Brand Vaughan! They're a completely unprofessional and dishonest company. Even after successfully winning a legal case against them for breaking regulations they still haven't changed their conduct. They even ended up insulting me via email and when I complained about it, the person who had insulted me was the person dealing with complaint procedures and refused to investigate themselves or escalate the complaint to their superior.

TrustpilotAbove and beyond behaviour, however late sending the TA through
On our move in day, we were stuck in traffic and ended up having an 8 hour drive from Leeds to Brighton. We missed the opening times of the office so we were scared we wouldn't be able to move in. However Mia, went above and beyond and met us in a cafe in town so we could sign our TA and move in that day. She was a life saver 5 stars.The only small hiccup we've had is that our TA was sent to us only a few hours before we moved in (whilst on the 8 hour drive) so we didn't get a chance to read it properly before moving in. Unfortunately, this resulted in some miscommunication to us, which resulted in us owing money to our landlord which we should have never had to pay had we received the TA in time.

I recently sold a property through Mission Mackay's 7 Dials office and have been thoroughly impressed by their all round professionalism. From first meeting through to marketing and then securing a speedy sale at the full asking price I felt that my business was really important to them and that this was a company who took pride in offering a great service. The sale all went smoothly and I was kept informed every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mission Mackay and I will certainly use them again in the future.

When my son first tried to move in they gave him the wrong keys, when he tried to go and get this put right the office was closed. Many phone calls from us and they begrudgingly opened the office so he could move in. Not great for a young student away from home for the first time. Service since has not been much better with almost non-existent communication and regular failure to respond.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
