I was informed a day before move in that my house is not reeady to move in, they didnt provide any compensatation for my stay elsewhere.Very worst customer service experienced ever.

Very bad agents. We was falsely informed about a property been told we would be suitable, went to view it was met by stuck up woman who looked us up and down and looked down her nose at us, she asked had we questions we had 3 and she knew answer to none.Filled in application and ready to pay holding fee, guy phonedfor card details and said what was name of guarentor and told him we had already been thru all this with office bird, he replied so you've no guarentor I said no he hung up on me. Wrote a complaint to their head office and got no reply. Why are workers in estate agents all stuck up and rude ? In their shiny suits and turned up shoes.

A fantastic agent. Having had my property on the market with a competitor who failed to get any traction, MM sold my house in 11 days for near on the asking price. The other agent told me to drop the price by £10k.Would recommend them to anyone. They were fantastic through the entire sales process.

From initial enquiry to eventual sale they have been very impressive.Started with Glen who really appeared to know the value and pitch it perfectly.Just before we launched lockdown hit. When contacting during lockdown Damien took it through to the end. He again was spot on, appearing to know just when to ask for a bit more and then once sale was agreed knew how hard to push to get over the line.Super slick and super service really recommend to anyone!
