The lovely, super organised staff (Mollie, Olga, Jenna and Emily) at Brand Vaughan made finding a flat in a highly competitive rental market a lot quicker and easier than it might otherwise have been. Even though they were mega busy, they always picked up the phone to answer any queries, and I always felt that they were rooting for us to find somewhere. I'm so happy that the flat we eventually secured is managed by Brand Vaughan, as I feel that whatever happens with the flat or the tenancy, the staff are on our side and ready to help.

Not the easiest or the most straightforward of house moves, but Beth and her colleagues were always there at the end of the phone and went out of their way to keep me informed, from placing the offer to completion. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently purchased a buy to let property which was being marketed by Brand Vaughan. They seemed efficient and professional and so we decided to employ them to let and manage the property. So far we have been very impressed with the level of service. The contracts were produced quickly and efficiently and they were able to find a tenant very quickly. Monthly payments have been on time and their financial statement is clear and prompt.We have now let another property through them!

Absolutely terrible letting agents, I will avoid them like the plaugue in the future. After ending my tenancy they tried to sting me for cleaning costs for 400.00GBP!!!!!. The house was immaculate at the end of my tenancy, I was sadly conned out of a third of my deposit because of poor management who tell complete lies in order to keep your money. Avoid " Manager " ( I use the word loosely ) Kerri Standing at all costs. Vile unnapproacable and totally unprofessional. Utterly let down.

I am a landlord renting out my flat for the first time. I chose Brand Vaughan as Mollie seemed very nice and valued it the highest of all the agents I had round. A morning of viewings was quickly booked in and they found a tenant for the full asking price straight away. All in all the whole process was very quick and efficient and I would thoroughly recommend Brand Vaughan if you are looking to rent your property.

Glenn helped us get a buyer for our house very quickly. We then struggled and eventually failed to find what we were looking for and eventually had to withdraw. The service was very good and professional throughout the process, including the photography, viewings and keeping both parties informed.

I’ve used brand Vaughn for 10 years now on a few of my rentals and the service is always professional. Great communication about potential tenants and their situations, always great tenants with no issues and a smooth, reasonable transaction. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I never feel intimidated if I have a question to ask about a particular tenant that may concern me or general finance query. I would most certainly recommend brand Vaughn to anyone who is thinking of letting their property out. They make it all so easy.

In my recent research for a house in Brighton, I noticed that this agency offered many options, especially for students so I sent them an email, and later on, I got a call from Abby. I said to her that I would call her back in a short while because I needed to talk something through with my partner. I called multiple times and another woman answered, which sounded quite bored and didn't bother to help me through after I asked about the properties that they are offering. She said that Abby would call me back and I haven't heard from them since. I only received a promotional email of a random property by someone named Mollie, to which I replied asking for information and for properties meeting my standards and still so answer. Very disappointing customer service.

This agency is utterly useless, bordering on negligent. I have had zero heating in my rented flat for 4 years, coupled with a serious damp and mould issue. The windows are rotten to the extent there is no sealant and you can literally put your finger through the gaps in the corners. I have reported this time and time again with photos and videos and have been met with complete apathy every time. The last year working from home in this flat has been unbearable. I have had various tradespeople agree it is dangerous and hazardous to health yet never had a single visit from Brand Vaughn. Until i submitted my notice to move out last month that is. Since then I have had various emails phone calls and visits, purely to ensure they can rerent the property to the next unsuspecting sucker. The bottom line is they care about nothing but the bottom line and have zero regard for your health and safety.
