It's only been a week in our new home and thanks certainly goes to Beth and Dan who were a delight to deal with and who were both professional and persistent in dealing with all our needs and keeping us informed through out.Beth in particular went the extra mile and her overal approach and tenacity left us feeling confident and assured. We now have our forever home and all their efforts to achieve this is greatly appreciated.

In the sale of our property we were assisted by Thomas Gannaway who did everything he could to find a buyer and get us to exchange as smoothly as possible.He called back when needed and provided unprompted updates to reassure us things were progressing or to let us know what the hold up was.Despite having numerous difficulties he worked through them all and did a lot of chasing to ensure matters progressed in a timely fashion.Super professional and personable he’s a real credit to the agency.

Genuinely fabulous experience. The team were friendly and regularly went above and beyond from Felix calling me to provide updates as well as offers whilst I was working in Geneva to the fabulous Dee who saved my blushes when removers hadn't quite moved everything and went in and helped clear things to the new buyers satisfaction. A truly great team effort!!!

Even now, I am comfortable heading heading on my annual leave, despite my flat being in-between tenancies and undergoing some renovations. I know It is in safe hands, and details will be organised and followed through, without me needing to be glued to the phone. This is what good property management is all about. Despite the staff being friendly, their inability to sell a house began to grate over a six month period and i switched estate agent. They had opne job and they failed.

Great company to sell your home for you. Excellent marketing and photography service to get the viewings started as soon as possible. Proven negotiation skills. Only one flaw was sometimes lack of contact.....would have like someone to "check in" with me if if just to confirm no update.
