GoogleFrom the initial meeting with Michael to agree sale details of my property to the last phone call offering congratulations on completion from Timothy, I could not once fault this company. They worked hard at the sales process, always professional and reliable in communications whilst offering rational and sensible advice. ……and not once did I feel uncomfortable or ‘sold a line’. Very good letting agent to deal with. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only flow in my experience is I had to wait 13 days before I could start the tenancy agreement which cost me money by staying longer in a hotel when I first came.

Bought and sold through their Kemp Town branch. Michael, Timothy, Felix and the whole team were outstanding throughout, amidst challenging circumstances during the pandemic. Helpful, friendly, communicative and endlessly patient with all our requests and enquiries. 100% recommend. The photos they take of properties are also head and shoulders above those taken by pretty much all other estate agents we came across, which is a big difference for a seller.

Bought a buy to let flat through Brand Vaughan. Not a great experience. Didn’t reply to emails or phone calls in a timely fashion. Very unhelpful to my mortgage adviser for rental comparables. Didn’t bother to phone me that the flat had completed. Lastly not willing to share advertising photos that I could use to rent out the property unless I used them! Avoid
