This company is awful!! They pass the buck..always telling people to contact their own colleague themselves.The fact that your child has just stepped into the world of living in their own means that they might need that extra help from a good company…not this company.The Brighton branch is absolutely awful, especially their accounts team Claire Peerless…well her name says it all…This is the response I received after enquiring about how this company failed to help with our sons situation of leaving his tenancy early ..‘ If tenants wanted to carry out a tenancy swapover whereby they are removed from the tenancy and replaced by a new tenant it is the tenants responsibility to find a replacement tenant.’ …they do not help you in getting a new tenant in, even tho they get enquiries all day everyday from potential tenants..,, ‘Brand Vaughan do not do this for the tenants as it is the vacating tenant that is breaking the tenancy agreement and Brand Vaughan cannot dictate to the remaining tenants who they are to live with.’ …some sorry stupid excuse !! ‘I did advise your son in November 2022 that he would need to liaise with my colleague Lynn who deals with tenancy swapovers, and gave him Lynn’s email address, however from our understanding he did not do so.’ ….again they do not talk to one another internally to help your child in dealing with debt, depression, stress and the cost of living crisis. Boo to Brand Vaughan 👎🏼

GooglePlease whatever you do avoid this scamming estate agents at all costs. They were absolutely rubbish when I was renting - never replied to emails and never sorted issues out. DO NOT sign up to the no deposit scheme it’s an absolute scam and just puts more money into their greedy pockets. Horrible horrible experience.

Tony Sparrowhawk entered a property without consent and saw a tenant (female) in nothing but underwear and a t-shirt . Despite taking this up with management, they have not taken the tenant's discomfort seriously and have left him to manage the property.

I had already moved up north and I was confident that they were very capable and experienced overseeing my sale. Although I liaised with all the team it was Dani who was dealing with the final part of the sale and worked hard to get to the sale

Having bought my property from Brand Vaughan c. 8 years ago, it was a no brainer to appoint them to sell the property again. They valued the property higher than local competitors, requested a very fair commission rate and they exceeded my expectations on the offers I received. Although there was a frustrating legal negotiation, the agents and sales progressors were pro-active and attentive throughout this process. Would highly recommend.
