Mishon from the initial contact to the sale and beyond were excellent. We were looked after by Glenn Erdman who is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was proactive with communications and keeping n touch, has very good interpersonal skills and is expert in what he does. He's also very good listener! Other members of the team were also a pleasure to deal with including Gorge and Tom (from the sister office)

Jay and Natasha were simply excellent. I usually do my own letting but as I was away I needed someone to find me tenants. I was bit nervous about not being around to oversee but the service was brilliant. They dealt with everything and all went really smoothly. Natasha found me great tenants in no time. Will definitely use MM again.

Very impressed by the enthusiasm of the manager and staff at Hurst. Always monitoring progress of the property we have subsequently bought. I have one criticism; I had serious reservations about a property we were going to buy and subsequently felt I didn’t want to go ahead with buying it. I kept trying to explain my position but kept coming up against the reason to buy, not listened to and pressurised. Very upsetting.

It's always disappointing though when we receive such a low score from someone, particularly as in this instance as you say you only had one criticism. Very Very poor service from the maintenance department, paying duplicated invoices from contractors , paying out on work that was invoiced but should have been a call back because the original work was incomplete. To improve better systems to check what's being paid for not blindly passing invoices on to be paid .

Honestly the scum of the earth, no human compassion whatsoever. My flatmate dropped out of uni right before we were gonna move in, now we have to pay his rent. Brand Vaughan are useless, took forever to fix problems with the house. call it a six bedroom house but it's got two tiny little grotty rooms that can barely be called bedrooms. Squeezing money out of students that they don't have, putting them in debt. Never rent from these lot. They don't even deserve 1 star

2 properties managed for many years , great property manager Lizzy who takes care of any tenant issues and repairs.They have also just sold these properties, lots of viewings, clear communication all the way with Kieran and Holly.Their recommended solicitor was a real bonus.Sales cycles were very long but that’s the current market.

I suffered an accident during my tenancy that resulted in me being permanently disabled and they couldn’t have been more helpful and supporting. Especially Jordan who has helped me transition to a new tenancy and has taken care of everything including moving the deposit.All in all 5*

I'm really let down! I'm sharing my story to help prevent others from having to deal with the same problem.In February, I'll be moving to Brighton for work. We started looking for a property in January because we live in London and getting a property to view is really tough. As soon as we found a flat, we signed the pre-tenancy agreement, paid the holding deposit. The reference process also went well but because the move-in date is January 15, we became concerned when we did not hear back until January 10. The agency contacted us again on January 11th with shocking news.The lender will sell the home after having a change of mind. Can you believe that this occurred just four days before the move-in date? I'm in complete disbelief and stunned! The agency informed me that although there is nothing we can do about it, they will return the holding deposit to me. In this situation, what are the tenants right?
