GoogleVery poor service. Would not recommend to anyone. I approached them as I am a landlord and got very poorly treated and spoken too. It would appear they have got all their friends to write them good reviews which I am now cautious about as I search for a reliable letting agency. Avoid!

We are very thorough with logging phone calls and visits to the office due to GDPR & insurance requirements and I don't recognise your name. We have checked our system and your name does not appear anywhere. I run this office with my wife and I am certain we would have discussed such an incident, which does not come to mind to either of us. Perhaps you can let us know what date and time you phoned/called into the office and we can check the respective phone/email logs and CCTV?
