Especially since we have no record of your name on our system and therefore we have not provided a paid for service to you so I cannot understand how you know that we are a rip off agent? It’s also worth pointing out our fees are BELOW the market average so again I would be very interested to hear exactly where and how we have ripped you off. The review text was removed by the user after posting but I am leaving my response below: Hi Alias, thank you for such a personal review. Bearing in mind that our Landlord fees are the same as the market average, with admin fees included, and there are no Tenant fees following the Tenant Fees Bill back in June it does lead me to query if this review is bona fide. All I can suggest is that we arrange to meet up for a coffee to discuss your concerns as we feel face to face meetings can solve so many things.
