I rarely leave reviews as I seldom experience anything that is deserving however I have recently moved in to a property that i have let from the office in Church road Hove and the service I received from start to finish was fantastic. All staff members I had communication with were friendly and professional and made the process so easy. They went out of their way to assist me with all my queries promptly and I felt like they actually cared. I have a small dog which makes it very difficult to find a nice property. Instead of saying .."no sorry cant help" as Id experienced with ALL other agencies who had treated me like I had a contagious disease because I had a pet!... they negotiated with a prospectve landlord on my behalf and found me a lovely property for us both. I cant thank them enough! They are a great bunch of caring people who went out of their way to find me my new home. Well done Team...exceptional service!

My foray into being a tenant for the first time was interesting! I walked around Hove and spoke to 11 lettings agents, of them - Kate at King & Chasemore was by far the most helpful, friendly and genuinely made me feel she had time to talk to me. I returned from my travels a month later and went straight back to her, she found me the most fabulous basement flat in Hove and the rest is history! I highly recommend King & Chasemore in Hove; Kate, Hannah and Zoe have all been quick to respond to my queries, helpful with advice and have a good sense of humour when it is needed. I had a great experience with King & Chasemore. Dealt mainly with Kate and Rebecca but the whole team seem friendly and efficient. They sorted out my rental while I was in South Africa - with Kate Thompson taking me on a Whatsapp video tour around the house! They gave me a full photo inventory of everything when I came into the office to sign and go through the documentation (this took 20min max) and now I’m in my flat with everything sorted. Seriously so efficient, flexible and responsive - not to mention friendly which makes such a difference! I would definitely recommend them.
